1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hyphen Elevated Wellness services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services

Hyphen Elevated Wellness provides wellness, spa, massage, sauna, cold plunge, salon, and red light therapy services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash and major credit cards. All prices are in AED and are subject to change without notice.

5. Health and Safety

Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns before receiving services. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be harmful to the client's health.

6. Liability

Hyphen Elevated Wellness is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
